Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, all sales are final for microgreens.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will do our best to make it right.

Non-Perishable Items

If you purchase a non-perishable product (such as merchandise), returns may be accepted within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
